I love cooking with cast iron, but every time I finish cooking and rinse the pan, it always gets something like carbon or left over on the pan
How to really clean this and how to make your cast iron pan always look shiny and always in good condition?

Cleaning tough carbon buildup needs more than just a rinse. For stubborn residue, use coarse salt as an abrasive or, for extreme cases, a paste of baking soda and water, or even a diluted vinegar soak, and scrub immediately.
to make sure your pan always looks shiny and stays in good condition, a proper seasoning and post wash maintenance routine is key

I just tackle it while warm with hot water, coarse salt as an abrasive, and a stiff brush or chainmail scrubber, then dry thoroughly on the stove and apply a thin layer of oil. For stubborn bits, boil water in the pan, scrape with a spatula, then scrub. The key is immediate cleaning, thorough drying to prevent rust, and light reoiling to maintain that nonstick seasoning
