john wright recipe booklet

recently, my nana gave me a couple of her john wright muffin pans to me. I heard there's a recipe booklet from Wright for this pans. Anyone know where to get it?

For vintage cookware fans, you can check eBay for John Wright pans that sometimes come with their original booklets. Or just start with the digital version, I think John Wright has it on their site.

Great find! John Wright is a well-known name in cast iron and they used to include a recipe booklet with their products. Tough luck finding the original booklet. They are no longer in production but they occasionally show up on online marketplaces or auction sites. Have you checked online? Coz a lot of those recipes have been shared and can be found online. Have you searched for a digital copy or a scanned PDF. Sometimes people will upload them for others to use.

Getting John Wright pans from your nana is a real treasure!

John Wright was better known for cast iron bakeware and decorative pieces and their recipe booklets were often short inserts rather than full cookbooks, so many of the recipes were reprints of standard muffin and cornbread formulas. Have you tried reaching out to historical cooking groups or archives, since some of them have scanned pamphlets from cookware makers that aren't widely shared online?
