Hi all - I am a home cook, mostly cooking for my family. I like cast iron, but my wife does not. However I have several pieces, and hope to find some higher quality ones like a few Wagoners or such that are lighter. I have a lot of Lodge in my collection currently.

Welcome to the Cast Iron Forum @bbqsauce I cook for my family too. Simple meals for family of 4. Did your wife say why she doesn't like cast iron? My wife sometimes complains it's too heavy for simple meals and uses regular pots and pans instead.
