I'm an old hand at dutch oven cooking and using cast iron in the kitchen. I have a great collection of old Wagner and Griswold pieces. There's no better way to cook as far as I'm concerned. I'm always happy to meet like-minded folks and share tips and BS! Located in Capitan, NM...Gods Country! I'm a working Blacksmith, a dog lover and a gun nut!
