New to forum but not cast iron

I have been cooking 99% of my meals in cast iron for quite some time now. I am not a collector just a user. I find cast iron as a great alternative to modern chemically coated pans. I also use quality stainless. I only have one non stick ceramic pan doesn't see much use.
