It's almost Thanksgiving. How do you prepare your Thanksgiving bird?

My family serves it classic... slow-roasted but I've had deep-fried turkey before and I liked it too. Anyone here tried Turducken?

I prefer slow roast aside from the fact that it keeps the meat tender. I always love to see a lot of drippings, which I can make into a tasty gravy.

My family prefers marinating the turkey overnight and roasting it with lots of vegetables. How about you?

We had a turducken once when living in Louisiana, and several boneless chickens stuffed with boneless Cornish game hen. My ex-wife would do the boneless chickens, but never really cared for them all that much.

Different poultry in one meal. I've only had that once. It was good.
