Hello to all from Bergen County New Jersey. I hope to contribute and get more info on using cast iron. I've been cooking with cast iron pans for years and find them easy to use and I don't have to worry about chipping of no stick surfaces. I have several used and newly purchased cast iron (Lodge) which I wash with soap and water then season to my specs.
